For much of my life, beginning again was something life asked of me. Growing up in Lebanon during the war meant leaving homes, schools, and friendships behind. Yet through all that change, I held on to a simple dream: a loving home, a marriage, and a big family.
Years later, I came to Canada hoping to save my marriage. When it ended, I had to let go of the future I had imagined and find another way forward with my daughter. Building MAD DESIGN INTERIORS became part of rebuilding my life. I did not shy away from the challenges. They did not break me; they became steps toward the person I am today.
Through it all, something stayed with me: the wish to create warmth and connection. Clients, friends, and family often told me how comfortable they felt opening up to me. What I once thought was ordinary, I now recognise with pride as a gift: listening with care and creating space for people to express themselves freely.
Coaching brings that gift together with the lessons my life has taught me. I know how much it can mean to feel heard when the way ahead is uncertain. My hope is to offer you that space, where you can honour what you have lived, hear your own voice, and begin to imagine what comes next.

“Madona has been a close friend for many years and has always had a natural gift for coaching. Over the years, she has helped me navigate so many of life’s ups and downs and has been a source of genuine support, compassion, and guidance, particularly during one of the most difficult periods of my life.
Since becoming a professionally certified life coach, I have watched Madona blossom even further into this role. Her ability to truly listen, ask thoughtful questions, and see situations from multiple perspectives is a rare and wonderful gift. She has an innate ability to create a safe, supportive space where you feel heard, understood, and empowered to explore new possibilities.
Combined with her professional training and experience, these natural qualities make her an exceptional coach. Whether you are seeking greater clarity around your life’s purpose, looking to reconnect with your own strengths, or wanting to turn your dreams into meaningful, practical steps forward, Madona has a wonderful way of helping you find your own path and the confidence to follow it.

Every journey begins with a question. Here are a few answers to help you take your first step.
Life & Wellness Coaching is a supportive partnership that helps you find clarity, reconnect with what matters to you, and explore new possibilities. It’s not about being told what to do; it’s a space to discover your own answers and move forward in a way that feels right for you.
Therapy often supports mental health and emotional healing. Coaching focuses on where you are now, what you want for yourself, and the steps you may choose to take next. We may reflect on the past, but our focus is on awareness, growth, and possibility. Coaching is not a substitute for therapy or mental health treatment.
Grief can come with the loss of someone we love, but also with divorce, immigration, leaving home and family behind, or letting go of a life we once imagined. Grief Coaching offers a compassionate space to honour what has changed, find your footing, and explore what may be possible ahead. There is no timeline and no expectation to simply “move on.”
You don’t need to arrive with a clear goal or all the answers. We begin with what’s on your mind, and through thoughtful questions and reflection, explore what matters most to you. You set the pace and choose your next steps.
Our conversations are confidential, except where disclosure is required by law or necessary to address serious safety concerns.
Sessions are typically 45–60 minutes, often every two weeks, and take place online through Zoom. Coaching is available in English and Arabic, wherever you call home.
We can begin with a complimentary 15-minute discovery call to connect, answer your questions, and see whether coaching feels like the right fit.
Let’s begin with a free discovery call of about 15 minutes to explore whether we’re a good fit. We’ll talk about what coaching is and isn’t, how we would work together, and what you can expect. There will be time for your questions, too.

Space to find clarity, reconnect with yourself, and notice what matters.
We spend so much of our lives on the go. There is always something to finish, someone who needs us, or another decision waiting to be made.
We keep moving, sometimes without asking ourselves how we are feeling or whether the direction we are taking still feels right.
What I discovered through being coached is the value of pausing. Having time to process something, hear my own thoughts, and look at it with curiosity helped me find clarity that was difficult to reach in the rush of everyday life.
That experience is at the heart of the space I hope to offer others.
Life and Wellness Coaching is a partnership that supports you in understanding yourself, exploring what matters to you, and making choices that reflect your values and needs.
It offers dedicated time to bring forward something you have been carrying: a decision, a transition, a recurring pattern, or a feeling that something needs to change.
As your coach, I listen, ask thoughtful questions, and reflect what I hear. Together, we explore your perspective, your strengths, and the possibilities available to you. You choose the direction and the steps that feel meaningful.
Sometimes, when we give ourselves time to process an experience, we begin to notice what urgency has kept out of view.
We may recognise a need we have been overlooking, a boundary we want to honour, or a choice we had not considered. We may also notice the support, opportunities, and small blessings already present in our lives.
For me, slowing down has made more room for that awareness. It has helped me appreciate the present while considering what I want to create next.
A pause can be a meaningful beginning.
You may want to feel more balanced, make a difficult decision, reconnect with your sense of purpose, or find your footing during change.
Perhaps you have spent years responding to everyone else’s needs and want to understand your own. Perhaps life feels different now, and you are wondering what matters in this chapter.
We begin wherever you are. You do not need to arrive with a clear goal or the right words. Part of our work is discovering what deserves your attention.
As understanding grows, we explore how you want to bring it into everyday life through steps that fit your circumstances.
Coaching supports awareness, personal growth, and action. It does not diagnose or treat mental health conditions or replace therapy or medical care.
My hope is to offer a warm, respectful space where you can slow down, feel heard, and develop greater trust in your own choices.
If you would like to explore what coaching could offer you, I invite you to a complimentary discovery call of about 15 minutes. There is room to begin with whatever is on your mind.
Honouring what we have lost and what we continue to carry.
When we hear the word grief, we often think of the death of someone we love.
Before taking a grief course, I had not fully recognised how many other experiences can hold grief. As I learned and reflected, I began to see losses that can pass quietly through our lives, sometimes without being named.
A dream that did not unfold. A country left behind. A familiar role that has changed. A home we no longer live in.
Giving these experiences a name can help us understand why they matter so much.
Grief can accompany divorce, the end of a friendship, or a change in health. It can arise after financial loss, retirement, or leaving work that gave our days structure and purpose.
Moving home or downsizing can also carry grief. Alongside the practical decisions, there may be memories, familiar routines, and a sense of belonging to acknowledge.
Sometimes we grieve an imagined future: the life we expected to have or the person we thought we would become.
These experiences are different, and each deserves to be understood in its own context. What connects them is the loss of something meaningful.
You can feel ready for retirement and miss your working life. You can welcome a new home and feel tender about leaving the old one. You can appreciate the opportunities in a new country while longing for familiar places and people.
Having mixed feelings does not make you ungrateful or uncertain about your choice.
It may simply mean that what you are leaving mattered, too.
One of my deepest reflections from the course was about what remains with us after loss.
A person’s influence, the meaning of a place, or the hope within a dream can continue to live in our memories, our choices, and the people we become.
For me, reflecting on loss has deepened my awareness of what matters. At times, it has also helped me notice quiet blessings: a connection, an unexpected possibility, or a clearer understanding of myself.
That is my experience, rather than an expectation for anyone else. Grief deserves space without pressure to find a lesson, feel grateful, or turn pain into growth.
I have come to understand moving forward as carrying what matters with us.
We carry it in our hearts, in our memories, in the challenges we meet, and in who we become. There can be room for remembrance alongside new relationships, hopes, and moments of joy.
Each person gets to discover what that looks like in their own life, at their own pace.
Grief coaching offers a compassionate space to name what has changed, explore what you need now, and consider how you want to move through everyday life. It does not replace counselling or mental health treatment.
You do not need to minimise your loss or explain why it deserves care.
If something here feels familiar, I invite you to a complimentary discovery call of about 15 minutes. We can talk about where you are and whether grief coaching feels like the right support for you.
